Rec Kid Fit Middle School Boot Camp
Join us for our First Annual Rec Kid Fit Middle School Boot Camp. This boot camp is designed for all fitness levels and based on the personal best philosophy. We encourage participants to challenge themselves and set personal goals. Each class will consist of strength training/ conditioning and end with a 25-30 minute run/jog. The instructors are friendly energetic people who love fitness and running! Come join us for a 6 week long boot camp to train for Rhody Run. Rhody Run is May 19th!

- Recommended ages 10-14 years old
- Classes are offered twice a week
- Class will meet at the Rec Center (620 Tyler St. PT)
- Six week session is $25 (daily drop in $5)
~ Classes are on Mondays and Fridays from 4:00-5:00 ~
Classes will begin with a 5 minute warm up, followed by strength training/conditioning (calisthenics, work out circuits, and a variety of exercises) the last half of class will be focused on building endurance for the Rhody Run (we may run stairs, work on sprints or go for a run near the Rec Center). Participants will be encouraged to log their progress to help set goals and also to track their accomplishments!
