No Alcohol in HJ Carroll Park
“In the State of Washington it is illegal to open or consume alcoholic beverages in a public place (see Title 66.44.100 of the RCW). This law applies in all Jefferson County parks, campgrounds, and recreation facilities. Exceptions to this law can be granted by the Washington State Liquor Control Board (see Title 314 of the WAC) in the form of a banquet permit or a special occasion license for example. All proposals to serve alcohol at an event in a Jefferson County Park are subject to approval by Jefferson County. • Wild Olympic Salmon Shelter: surrounded by our beautiful native plant demonstration garden and close to the Chimacum Creek access area
• Chimacum Creek access area: a lovely and gentle trail that leads to an open area with seating near the scenic Chimacum Creek
• Labryrith: a maze built of stones for you to meditate in or play on
• Perimeter trail: over a kilometer of accessible, surfaced trail to walk around while viewing the beautiful park
• Restrooms: clean, warm and lighted restrooms
• Basketball courts: two state of the art outdoor basketball courts

• BMX Track: a great practice track for all sorts of bicycles, and all ages and skill levels
• Disc golf course: nine holes, both in the trees and out in the open, great for beginners or advanced alike
